The bed and breakfast at the Garden of Olives is located in Tuoro sul Trasimeno, one of the most beautiful towns of Umbria, full of history, culture and events. Perugia is only 15 minutes far, Passignano not more than three minutes.
Its location is an ideal starting point for excursions to the most sought of Umbria, such as Assisi, Gubbio, Città di Castello, Città della Pieve, Orvieto, and in Tuscany as well, we're only 15 minutes far from the A1 valdichiana (Highway of the Sun), Siena is just at 40 minutes and within an hour you can reach Florence, while Cortona is only at 10 minutes instead.

By car from the north (Milan):
Take the A1 motorway towards Rome
Take the exit Val di Chiana, then immediately right to follow the E45 to Perugia, passignano Ovest exit, left towards Tuoro after 500 meters you'll find us on your right at no. 49
By car from the south (Naples):
Take the A1 motorway towards Florence - Exit Val di Chiana, then immediately right to follow the E45 to Perugia, Passignano Ovest exit, left towards Tuoro after 500 meters you'll find us on your right at no. 49
By plane From Florence (Peretola):
Once you arrive at the airport you can rent a car or we can arrange a limousine.
By train: coming from north (Milano), or south (Naples) by the State Railways:
