The apartments have been created from the renovation of an old farmhouse which still remain the ceiling beams, brick arches and the ancient stones.
- They are fully furnished and equipped.
- The kitchens are complete and the dishes that small accessories and appliances.
- The double rooms (or more beds) overlooking the surrounding countryside.
- The bathrooms are spacious and equipped with a large shower.
- Covered parking is just in front of the apartments.
- The exterior extends as far as the eye and allows long walks or relax in the sun, relax and finally use the barbeque outside.
More information
The apartments are granted through contract: "RENTAL TOURIST"" art. 1, paragraph 2, letter C Law 431 of 1998, art. 1571 and following of the Civil Code.
The relationship between the owner of the structure and the tourist is, therefore, only the lease between private and is delivered fully furnished temporary use.
Since we excluded all the services of a hotel general, cleanliness, order and good condition of the apartment will be borne by the tourist who must make their own. C.E. Class "E"
Reservations must be confirmed by e-mail and will be considered valid only upon receipt of the deposit.
CHEK IN: The arrival time is between 16:30 and 19:00
CHEK OUT: The apartment must be free of people and goods within and not later than 10:00 am.
