The Historical Residence Palazzo Magi, is located in the heart of the historical center of Sansepolcro, in the middle of the Tiber Valley in Tuscany. The beautiful building dating from the early fifteenth century, has been recently renovated, but retaining intact frescoes that have characterized its past. It offers its customers the opportunity to stay in rooms furnished in full compliance with the frescoes and equipped with all facilities that you need.
Its strategic location allows the visitor to enjoy his stay and appreciate , a few meters from the main square, the cathedral, the Museum that houses the works of Piero della Francesca (1420-1492), the Church of San Lorenzo which houses the "Deposition Rosso Fiorentino "and the Palais Bourbon del Monte seat dell'Aboca Museum.
For those coming by their own means you can park in the neighborhood and walk in complete relaxation between the historic streets of the typical Tuscan village. If required, it is possible to access a free covered parking.
Palazzo Magi offers relaxation and well-being through finely furnished rooms ideal for a stay linked to the peculiarities of the territory. We offer a café on the ground floor, and on the first floor a billiard room an with an antique pool table, for yours entertainment. On the second floor, there is a sitting room with plasma TV, internet, and a collection for relaxing and pleasant conversations.
Upon booking, you can organize themed dinners , lunches or a limited number of up to 25 people to enjoy the best gastronomy and the typical products of our region.
The attic is a stunning room, which offers a wonderful view of the city and the valley, dedicated to those who want to give someone a stay extraordinary and unique.

The Historical Residence Palazzo Magi, has 16 rooms, divided in the following categories:
Suite, Junior Suite, Family Suite, Double and Single rooms with Queen Bed
Each room has been furnished in keeping with the authenticity of the frescoes preserved therein, in order to allow guests to admire and enjoy the historic atmosphere due to the same building.
Palazzo Magi offers several modern facilities for every need, such as a bathroom with shower or bath tub internet, wireless, acclimatizes, Direct Dial Telephone, Satellite TV, Alarm Clock Program, Safe, Mini-Bar.
Suite
A peculiarity of the Palazzo Magi, is that no suite is alike. They differ in a number of characteristics which are: size, ranging from a minimum of 60 square meters to a maximum of 120 square meters, the frescoes, the different light exposure, the presence of tubs or showers, the chances of finding a working historic fireplace. Each room has a room dedicated to the welfare of the host, such as a reading corner with a miniature library.
The Suite Guests may take advantage of exclusive services such as, a continental breakfast served in the room, welcome a drink, choice of newspapers and magazines in the room
Junior Suite
These rooms have an average floor area of 50 square meters, equipped with all the comforts for a relaxing stay and authenticity of the place. Guests can enjoy all the services included in the rooms, including Wireless, Satellite TV, etc..
Classic
With an average surface area of 25 to 40 square meters and equipped with all the necessary comforts and allow a pleasant stay. In some of them there is a double bed, ideal for business guests, ensuring the right balance between work and leisure, being equipped with: Wireless connection, satellite TV, in-room telephone, bathroom with shower.
