Our Bed & Breakfast is located in the Umbo-Tuscan countryside, 12 km from Lake Trasimeno and 6 km from one of the most important cities in the area: Cortona.
The eighteen century building, its large stones and the quiteness of the place offer a relaxing holiday, immersed in nature.
The hallmark of our B & B is the friendliness and warmth that only a family can give.

The prices vary depending on the type of room required and of the period.
They include continental breakfast, the initial and final cleaning, and in winter the wood for the fireplace and 4 hours of heating.
Tourist tax is excluded if it will ever be applied by Tuoro sul Trasimeno administration (in May 2012 it has not yet been scheduled).
Comfort and services
Each room has a kitchenette, separate entrance, bed linen and towels, FREE wireless internet access in the breakfast room (and in many rooms), access to the garden, free car parking, radio, satellite TV and fireplace.
Pets are allowed in certain cases and only to the fulfillment of certain conditions discussed before the arrival.

An ideal place for lovers of walks in the nature, with paths suitable for both amateur and professionals. It's also perfect for lovers of wine and good food, we are located a few miles from the area of Chianti, just 40 minutes from Montepulciano and Pienza.
We are close to places dl'arte: Cortona you can visit the Diocesan Museum with works by Beato Angelico, and if you go towards Perugia and around the Trasimeno Llake and from the works of Perugino and Giotto If you are history lovers, you can enjoy the Etruscan museum of Cortona and Corciano and the places of the battle of Trasimeno.
For those who likes Blues and Jazz how not to mention the events of Umbria Jazz, Trasimeno Blues and Soul Christmas.
And finally we are situated in a central position to visit many other famous and interesting historical cities. Within a radius of 30-90 km you may then find: Perugia, Gubbio, Citta di Castello, De Ruta, Assisi, Foligno, Spoleto, Norcia, Città della Pieve, Siena, Montalcino, Santantimo with its famous abbey, Monte Oliveto, Arezzo, Florence and others.
How to reach us
From the A1 Highway take the exit "Valdichiana".
From the exit continue towards Perugia on a four carriage road. From there take the exit "Castiglione del Lago" and continue in the direction of Cortona.
After two towns that you will find along the road (Terontola and Riccio) continue towards Ossaia (but already you will find directions to "Piazzano").
Continue following signs for Pergo or Piazzano until you find the signs Locanda della Luna.
At the village of Pergo will find signs for Piazzano and our B&B on the right, and they will bring you to us.
